At No Name Craft Co., we are dedicated to bringing our historically inspired, handcrafted relics safely to your doorstep, no matter where you are in the world. 

To ensure a seamless experience, we are pleased to offer Complimentary Trackable Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

 

1. Delivery Timelines & Estimates

Our standard transit timeframe for international delivery is generally 10 to 15 business days after dispatch. 

Important Note on Made-to-Order Processing: Please remember that because our jewelry is individually crafted made-to-order to preserve its artisanal quality, shipping time is calculated from the day your package is dispatched, not the day the order is placed. Once your piece passes our final quality inspection, it will be handed over to our premium courier service immediately.

All pieces are handcrafted to order in collaboration with our studio partners. Please allow 7–14 business days for production and quality inspection before your order ships. Orders ship from our production studio in China via international courier.

 

2. Full End-to-End Tracking

Every shipment is fully insured and trackable. 

  • As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and a direct tracking link.
  • You can also monitor your package’s journey in real-time through the Shop App or your personal customer account dashboard on our website.

 

3. International Logistics & Local Last-Mile Carriers

While we partner with reliable international logistics networks to ensure swift cross-border transit, please understand that final delivery is ultimately handled by your local last-mile postal service or regional carrier (e.g., USPS in the United States, Canada Post in Canada, Royal Mail in the United Kingdom, or DHL/La Poste in Europe).

Because of this handoff, final delivery times can occasionally fluctuate due to factors outside our direct control, including:
  • Local customs clearance protocols and processing queues.
  • Severe regional weather conditions.
  • Holiday peak volumes or local postal service sorting delays.

If your tracking status shows that the package has arrived in your country but is experiencing a standstill, we highly recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking number for the fastest local resolution, or reaching out to us at nonamecraftservice@gmail.com so we can assist in investigating the status.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are typically determined once the shipment arrives in your country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
