Because each item is custom-crafted specifically for you upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. Please ensure all order details and sizes are correct before completing your purchase.

Exceptions for Manufacturing Defects
We take immense pride in the structural integrity and quality of our work. If your order arrives with a genuine, significant manufacturing defect or structural error, we are fully committed to making it right. 

To initiate a review:
  • Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at nonamecraftservice@gmail.com.
  • Please include your Order Number and provide clear, high-resolution photographs and video evidence showing the issue.
Upon verification, we will work with you closely to discuss a fair, mutually agreed solution, which may include a professional repair, a replacement of the identical item, or shop credit.

Important: Understanding Our Aesthetic & Process
Our brand identity is deeply rooted in historical resonance and "AI archaeology." We utilize 925 sterling silver with intentional oxidized or vulcanized finishes to create deep patinas and rich, handcrafted textures. 

Because we deliberately reject the sterile, high-shine, machine-made appearance of commercial mass production, the following characteristics are part of the artistic design and are NOT considered manufacturing defects or grounds for a refund:
  • Natural variations in the deep, time-worn patina or oxidation levels.
  • Intentional irregularities, non-uniform contours, and tactile textures on the metal surface.
  • Minor aesthetic asymmetries inherent to vintage-inspired and reconstructed historic designs.
