Every No Name Craft Co. piece is made to order and crafted individually for you after you purchase. Because of this, we handle returns differently from mass-produced jewelry. Please read this policy before ordering.

Made to order — please choose carefully

Each ring is hand-crafted to your chosen size and options once you order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or because the wrong size was selected at checkout. Before ordering, please use our Ring Size Guide (including the printable ring sizer), and message us on chat if you are unsure — we are always glad to help.

Cancellations & changes

You can cancel or change your order at no charge any time before production begins. Please note we usually start crafting within about 3 hours of confirming an order, so contact us as soon as possible at nonamecraftservice@gmail.com or on chat. Once production has started, an order can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Quality issues & our mistakes

We stand behind our craft. If your piece arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or differs from what you ordered (our error), please contact us within 30 days of delivery at nonamecraftservice@gmail.com with clear photos. We will remake or repair the piece free of charge, or agree another suitable solution with you. For approved quality claims, the customer covers the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we cover the cost of crafting and shipping the remade or repaired piece to you.

Sizing & resizing

You are responsible for providing the correct size. To help, please use our Ring Size Guide and printable sizer. Wide bands (about 5 mm and wider) sit more snugly, so we automatically add a quarter size for comfort. As every piece is handmade, please allow a tolerance of about ±1 mm.

If you need a different size after delivery and it is not a quality issue, we are happy to resize where the design allows, for a fee. Because resizing complexity varies by design, the fee is quoted per item — contact us and we will provide a quote and instructions. Return shipping for a resize is the customer's responsibility.

Ordering an in-between size

Need a half or quarter size? Order the next size up at the same price, then tell us your exact size in the instruction box — or message us on chat with your order number. We will craft it to your exact measurement.

Engraved & bespoke pieces

Personalised, engraved, or fully bespoke commissions are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a genuine quality defect or our error.
